To my surprise, I have noted with concern that there are forums set to sort these issues of scams business companies. E trade is a very risky platform to trade through. During registration of trading Web like the paper express Pty,that is where legality should be addressed. For the platform to remain viable they should have a recovery and execution loop. Up to today, no action and the issue is not addressed yet. Am in Kenya, and they are in South Africa. Just try their Web and see.

Paper express pty ltd appears in the website www: paperexpress.co.za .with contacts there. One is made to believe because of the account of the website. The Google account makes one to believe. That is the reason why there are many scams and fraud. I too believed them because of the Website account and advert. Every Website account needs to be documented before opening. Every bank account should be document before operating. Every email and cell phones owner needs to be known, who owns it and where he is. Otherwise Google will be isolated in terms of doing business. They don't communicate after I transferred the cash to their bank.
